Ztech Plastic Machinery Technology Co, Ltd. (“ZTECH”) has received another customer order for its ZT160-2T two-layer bubble film machine. Importantly, this is not ZTECH’s first 85 m/min high-speed machine. Several customers have already tested the ZT160-2T in real production and given positive feedback on its speed, stability, and easy operation. This latest order reflects growing customer confidence in the model.

The ZT160-2T is a 1.6 m wide, two-layer bubble film machine designed for packaging and bag-making manufacturers. It runs at speeds of up to 85 m/min, helping producers increase output without expanding their production space.

Key features include a screw cooling system that keeps temperatures stable during fast, continuous operation, reducing overheating risk. A stainless steel internal rotary embossing roller supports uniform bubble quality, while sturdy guardrails improve operator safety. The machine also features a new color scheme and a large speed display for quick, clear monitoring. Its grating design enables one-touch adjustment, making specification changes faster and easier.

The ZT160-2T is built to integrate with customer bag-making production lines, helping manufacturers move efficiently from bubble film to finished bubble bags.
