SUPPORT:

Plastec representatives will arrive on site to help configure the factory as well as fully train and support themanufacturing process.

 

PACKAGE:

Each facility package comes complete with the extruder, blowers, and bags customized to your facility.We will help erect it all and get it running with your operators. Everything will be shipped to the manufacturing facility with exception of bag erecting hardware and ducting. A full bill of materials will be provided which will be customized to meet your facility needs.

 

Plastec Systems Inc. does not produce, sell, or distribute the rawmaterials for this production facility. We are aware of market trends and try to facilitate and simplify the production of starch loose fill.The supply is viable and sustainable with excess available capacity.Raw materials are supplied in a 2000lb bag on a conventional skid.

PRODUCTION:

Warmup and machine preparation time is 30 minutes.

Startup will consume approximately 0.5lb of PE and 5lb of starch resin.

Shut down will require about 0.5lb of PE.

 

FINISHED GOODS:

Starch loose fill peanut.

Custom colors can be discussed with minimum order.

no variety on finished shapes at the moment.

Typical client target densities are 0.4lb/cuft - 0.55lb/cuft.
