Description

Application

1) Made up of plastic extruder, T die, first unwinder, embossing unit,second unwinder, edge trim unit, slitting system, automatic rewinder, etc.

2) Friction roll rewinding, or double-station turret rewinding, roll pre-rewinding device and single or double side laminating machine for choice.

3) Running for 24 hours, and change rolls automatically without stop, production speed can be 30-100/min.

4) Laminating PE, EVA, PP, TPU with paper,plastic film, non-woven, fabric or aluminum foil into double layer, three layers or multi-layers products.

5) Product are used as packing products for cement, chemicals, forage, food, medicine, adhesive tape, PE coated paper cups and fast food boxes,etc
